As landlords, the last thing we want to find are unexpected charges and deductions in our monthly reporting which affects our bottom line, or slow communication from our manager.
At Highland we believe in being fully transparent and responsive with our clients, and keeping commissions straightforward and simple by not nickel and diming our investors with extra leasing fees or unexpected management charges. We structure our monthly commissions so that our clients’ goals are put first, and our property managers are highly motivated to secure the best tenant at the highest rate possible as soon as possible.
